I asked Deaf people who I know, they mentioned things about their complaining what they need in Conwy. They seem don’t get much supports. One of them said about there is no Deaf social worker, they are all seems losing their confidence.

1) I don’t think this is good enough for the Deaf Community, we need improvements to make things better for us in my opinion it rubbish and not useful. It time to move on and create a new group for a better life 😊
2) I have found lots of lovely Deaf friends through COS. However it has been the friend group who have kept me in touch with things – not COS.
I am not sure what services COS provides to Deaf people other than coffee morning activities. (Hearing).
3) I like NWDA cos good services. 1994-2015.
I don’t know details about COS cos I do not use COS for 8 – 10 years.
I heard about COS have problem with funds. And less deaf people. Hopefully COS improve in the future.
P.S. CDTSS and COS should together & support.
4) I want COS keep improving I like go coffee morning every Tue.
2 part group between COS and BSL hub / CDTSS unfortunately they are separate, all is I want, all together in ONE Place everything in ONE!! Two group separate make confuse which one I just go.
I hope BDA back up support two of them to share everything in ONE that will make improving get better for deaf people.
Also I want COS give deaf people active more fun / games / bingo deaf club trip etc.

NO computer course skill DEAF peoples.
Nothing information for protect future.
College course for deaf peoples who pay for fee.
Deaf people can’t use Zoom BSL too many people rather best face time.
